KGF Chapter 2 Release New Date Announced...

     The makers of KGF: Chapter 2 on Friday announced the release date of the much-awaited film. The movie will hit cinema halls on July 16, 2021.

     KGF: Chapter 2 stars Yash in the lead role. The two-part fictional mob drama traces the journey of India’s most dreaded criminal, Rocky. After losing his mother at a very early age to poverty and sickness, Rocky develops an insatiable urge for power. And his pursuit for power leads him to gold mines of Kolar, and a turf war ensues.

Storyline :

     The  blood-soaked  land  of  Kolar  Gold  Fields  (KGF)  Has  a  new overlord  now.  Rocky,  whose  name  strikes  fear  in  the  heart  of  his  foes.  His  allies  look  up  to  Rocky  as  their  Savior,  the  government sees  him  as  a  threat  to  law  and  order;  enemies  are  clamoring  for revenge  and  conspiring  for  his  downfall.  Bloodier  battles  and  darker  days  await  as  Rocky  continues  on  his  quest  for  unchallenged  supremacy.

Production, Direction Details :

• It is a multilingual venture and will be released in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Hindi.
• The film is written and directed by Prashanth Neel.
• It is produced by Vijay Kiragandur.

KGF, produced by Hombale Films, was the first Kannada film to rake in Rs 200 crore at the box-office. The production company has another big film, Salaar, coming up with Prabhas and Shruti Haasan in the lead.

KGF: Chapter 2 will be released in Kannada with dubbed versions in Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu and Hindi.
