The Krafton Developer has banned 2 Lakh BGMI Accounts. Find out Why...

Krafton says it has banned
25,19,692 accounts permanently and 7,06,319 accounts temporarily between October 1 and November 10. In line with its efforts, Kraft has now cleared most of the cheaters in the game, making BGMI a more enjoyable experience, and will continue to take any action necessary to keep BGMI fair and entertaining.

Battleground Mobile India (BGMI) has told developer Krafton that it has permanently or temporarily blocked 2.5 million accounts over a period of about 40 days. The South Korean developer said the move was aimed at eliminating fraud and fraudsters from BGMI.

Listing the steps taken to eliminate fraudsters, Krafton also claims that he has cleared most of the cheats in the game. The company had previously blocked 88,000 accounts a week in October and 140,000 accounts a week in September.

Krafton also outlined some of the steps it has taken to remove cheaters from BGMI, including a cheat detection and prohibition method that allowed the system to track cheaters in real time, which essentially helps South Korean developers ban players using illegal methods. He also called for a permanent ban on cheaters leaving no chance for a second chance.

Krafton says it prohibits manual verification and prohibits accounts that use or promote illegal programs among higher rankers. "The team monitors such accounts in real time and imposes a permanent ban if any illegal program is detected," he said. There is also real-time monitoring of YouTube and immediate blocking of channels for any channels that promote illegal programs. This is not the first time the developer has removed players from the game.

In one of its previous crackdowns, BGMI announced in October that it had permanently blocked about 88,000 accounts a week as part of a crackdown on illegal programs that resulted in hacking into the game. Developer Kraft said in September that it had blocked 140,000 accounts within a week.
