Kashmir Files is a 2022 Indian Hindi-language drama film written and directed by Vivek Agnihotri. They include Anupam Kher, Darshan Kumar, Pallavi Joshi and Mithun Chakraborty. The film was released in theaters on March 11, 2022.
On 14 August 2019, Agnihotri announced the film with her first appearance poster. The film deals with the migration of Kashmiri Pandits from the late 80s and early 90s. As part of the production, Vivek Agnihotri claimed that he visited more than 700 migrants over a period of two years and recorded their stories.

Kashmir Files was supposed to be released in theaters worldwide on 26 January 2022, the Republic Day of India, but it was postponed due to the release of the Omicron variant of COVID-19. It was released on March 11, 2022 in more than 630 screens in India.
